Bereavement Support Group
Partners In Home Care - Hospice and Palliative Care is offering a free 7 week Bereavement Support Group on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, April 23rd to June 4th. This group will meet at Partners in Home Care, 2687 Palmer Ave, Suite B. Partners Hospice and Palliative Care may also available for on-site Bereavement Support for groups at your facility. Suicide Survivors Support Group
Partners In Home Care - Hospice and Palliative Care is offering a support group for those grieving the death of a loved one who has died by suicide, begining on May 7, 2008. This group will on Wednesday evenings 6:30 to 8:00, May 7th to June 25th. The group meets at Partners In Home Care, 2687 Palmer St, Second Floor. Registration is required.
